Congratulations! What an exciting time for you and your partner. A wedding is a beautiful celebration and our team at Earth Sanctuary will work

closely with you to create a personalised wedding day, leaving you and your guests with special memories to last a lifetime.

Our aim is to help you create a wedding day that is as unique and individual as you are.

Earth Sanctuary World Nature Centre is located 15 minutes from Alice Springs and is beautifully positioned to showcase your big day. Nestled amongst the red sands of the central desert, the Sanctuary offers breathtaking views of the Eastern MacDonnell Ranges and guarantees visitors a truly unique experience, one which they will find impossible to forget.

The Sanctuary is a fully licensed venue catering for up to 250 guests with dining available in the barn or, at your request, under the magical starry skies of Central Australia. In addition to a unique reception area, our Amphitheatre, framed by Mulga arches against a backdrop of Mt Undoolya, is a popular place to host your ceremony at no extra charge. The Sanctuary really does provide the perfect place for all your wedding day needs.

Gourmet BBQ dinner served buffet style. Includes succulent scotch fillet steak, your choice of a Milner Meats speciality sausage and chicken tenderloins, all served with golden oven baked potatoes and pumpkin, caramelised onion, rich creamy mustard sauce, gravy and three salads of your choice from list.*

Quandong Homestead

The Quandong Homestead, situated adjacent to the bar, is the perfect venue for you and the wedding party to prepare for your big day. The homestead contains a private change room with bathroom. If you would like to add this to your wedding package, please let us know.

Includes a complimentary appetiser platter and bottle of Bubbles. Price $440.00 inc. GST.

Music - Live Entertainment

Earth Sanctuary can help source entertainment if required. Local live music, solo or band, and DJs are accessible pending availability. Prices range $500 - $1500 inc. GST.

Earth Sanctuary courtesy bus

The Sanctuary courtesy bus is available for the transport of a maximum of 24 guests in one return transfer. Fees apply for multiple transfers. For larger transfers, we can help source competitive prices for transport to and from the Sanctuary.

Wedding Cakes

We have worked with a number of cake makers in Alice Springs and are happy to marry you with the right baker.

Astronomy Tour

Amaze your guests with a complimentary 15-20 minute astronomy narrative using lasers and offering views of the Outback night sky through the telescope.

External Catering

We work with a number of caterers in town or your may have your own culinary delights to serve to your guests. We can arrange a wedding package to suit your needs.

Event Hire & Equipment

There are a wide variety of tables and chairs, along with a selection of coloured table cloths and chair covers, available through our local suppliers. Ask our team for advice.
