The Red Centre Devil is a Northern Territory owned craft beer infused with local fruits sourced from Alice Springs.

Red Centre Devil is a tasty and refreshing lager with 4.3 % alc/vol, equivalent to 1.2 standard drinks.

 The beers highlight is its delicious infusion of local bush tucker,

known as Quandong or desert peach that’s grown throughout the desert regions of

Outback Australia.

This beer, a tribute to one of Central Australia’s great iconic characters, the Thorny Devil. These small thorny reptiles can amazingly convey fluids to their mouths just by touching it with any part of their limbs.

A Family Recipe

For over 2 decades, 3 generations of the Falzon family have been cooking and preparing Quandongs for jams, chutneys and sweet syrups for desert topics and beverage infusions. This incredibly versatile fruit grows wild in the dessert dunes of Central Australia and around the family Homestead which draws it's name 'Quandong Homestead'

Brewed to Perfection

RCD ( Red Centre Devil ) is a beautifully crafted beer with a refreshing fruity aroma. Our fruit, the Quandongs, are carefully selected at Earth Sanctuary and neighbouring properties and then prepared by award winning Indigenous enterprise Kungkas can Cook, located in Alice Springs and then shipped to Wood End Victoria for specialist fruit infusion. 

Along with our Quandong, our beer is brewed with just four basic ingredients – 100% malt, real hops, yeast, and pure spring water. It is made by hand and unlike many large brewing companies our team DO NOT use any artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, brewing sugars, hop oils, malt extracts or the like.

The brew is then bottled with delicate expertise to allow for high shelf life and export delivery. Our team are enormously proud of the brew that took several years to perfect. The end product has a beautiful desert fruit aroma complimented by a refreshing lager taste.
