The generation of mobile education has begun.

The Northern Territory now has its first mobile education unit specifically designed to educate and promote sustainability to schools. The trailer looks professional, is eye catching and provides a fully functionable display demonstrating the real components of solar and wind energy to power 12, 24 and 240-volt appliances.

The trailer includes educational aids such as speakers and television for power point presentations, interactive games and displays. The mobile education unit can help bring about a measured reduction in CO2 emissions through behavioural changes and simple living tips.

The Mobile Sustainability Trailer provides hands on, engaging and informative sessions to ensure students gain a first hand glimpse into:

  • Renewable energy technologies
  • Energy generation
  • Energy conservation & efficiency
  • Australia’s non-renewable fuel usage
  • climate change
  • Health & Future Energy Security
